Shipping

Unlike many web sites that we have visited, we wanted our shipping charges to be easily identified and explained. Our policy is simple, we will ship your order anywhere in the continental United States for just $5.95, regardless of the weight of the order. All orders, whether placed online or via mail, phone, or fax are shipped within 24 hours provided that all the products ordered are in stock.

Orders are shipped by UPS Ground in most cases. This means you must have a UPS deliverable address! UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and PO BOX addresses are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. If your address is not within the continental United States (48 contiguous states), please contact us for a shipping quote.

Orders within the continental United States are usually delivered within 2-3 days. UPS may not deliver on Saturday or Sunday in your area so please consider this fact when estimating time of delivery of your order. For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to you. This could be days or weeks. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

We may charge you additional fees for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to your error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you may be charged the additional fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

International Orders

Shipping costs for International orders vary widely so please contact us for a quote for shipping charges. Prepayment on all International orders is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank.

Because laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all, it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
 
Sales Tax

NEW! Currently, only certain non-food items are subject to 8.25% sales tax for Texas state residents. You will be notified if any of the products purchased are subject to the Texas state sales tax.  
Damages

Please report merchandise damaged during shipping to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Returns

You must call us during our normal business hours for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Products shipped in error by Fitness Essentials will be returned at our expense, however, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. All other products will be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Back Orders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If any product is not in stock for an order, we may hold off shipment for up to two business days in order to ship all of your order together. If such out of stock item cannot be acquired within two business days, your order containing only in-stock products will be shipped. We will ship the out of stock product when received at our expense.

Legal Notices

Any litigation, dispute, or other claim which may arise from the purchase, sale, advice, use or involvement with NutritionOn-Line shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and particularly the State of Texas and shall be heard and venued in the County of Collin.
