How Do I Shop?

You can change quantities or remove items at any time before you proceed through the checkout process.

How Can I Find What I Want?
Our site's main page features selected items that we think might be of interest, but you can browse our catalog any time by using the tools on the left of the page. You can select a favorite manufacturer, a particular type of product, enter in a name or keyword or any combination of the three. A list based on your choices will appear and you can begin making your purchases right away.

Why Is My Shopping Cart Empty?
Your shopping cart will be empty when your visit to our site begins. However, if you leave your cart unattended for too long, it will think it has been abandoned and empty itself. If you start shopping, leave the site and come back again later, you'll have to start your cart over.

Sometimes The Search Seems To Take Forever - Why?
Our catalog is built to continually reflect the most recently updated listing of items in our 1400+ product inventory. Some manufacturers like Twinlabs and Optimum Nutrition, have very extensive product inventories, which sometimes take several seconds to compile. If you request a listing by product type or keyword, your results are built for you right that minute, as our search tools look through every single item in our inventory to locate those that match your inquiry. The best thing about this kind of search is that you always get the latest, most up-to-date product listing we have available. In short, if it went into our catalog even 2 seconds before you started your search, it will show up in your results.

If you don't choose any criteria before you click the "find" button, you will have to wait while our site compiles a complete display of every single item in our inventory. This can take quite a while. We suggest you choose at least one criteria by which to sort to cut down on your wait.
